Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026. Effective date: June 17, 2026. Operator: JobsLoop Global, Inc. (doing business as JobsLoop) or the applicable JobsLoop contracting entity identified at checkout.

Important: JobsLoop provides career, recruiting, and AI productivity software. We are not your employer, recruiter, immigration adviser, attorney, financial adviser, tax adviser, medical provider, or background-check agency. AI outputs are informational drafts and decision-support materials only.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. If you use JobsLoop on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Services and Product Scope

JobsLoop may provide resume analysis, resume matching, interview coaching, career coaching, salary negotiation preparation, job comparison, recruiting workflow tools, AI drafting, document parsing, workspace sync, and related services.

3. AI Outputs and Human Review

AI systems can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, or inconsistent. You must independently review and verify all outputs before relying on them.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited conduct includes:

Violation of acceptable use policies may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

5. Plans, Subscriptions, Credits, and Payments

JobsLoop uses USD-denominated credits, subscriptions, resource packs, or enterprise plans. The specific price, currency, renewal period, included credits, limits, and cancellation terms are shown at checkout or in your order confirmation.

6. Your Content and Data Responsibilities

You retain ownership of resumes, job descriptions, notes, uploads, prompts, outputs, and other content you provide, subject to the rights needed for us to operate the Services.

7. Third-Party Services and Integrations

The Services may integrate with Supabase, Cloudflare, Stripe, PayPal, Creem, AI model providers, analytics, logging, storage, job boards, and other third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

JobsLoop and its licensors own the software, interfaces, workflows, design, brand, documentation, prompts, templates, and service technology. You may use them only as allowed by these Terms.

9. Availability, Changes, and Suspension

We may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue features for security, compliance, operational, cost, supplier, product, or legal reasons. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for JobsLoop, users, third parties, or infrastructure.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, uninterrupted operation, and error-free performance.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobsLoop will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, lost-profit, lost-opportunity, lost-data, reputational, employment, hiring, salary, or business interruption damages. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to JobsLoop for the Service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the event, or USD $100 if you paid nothing, except where prohibited by law.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Dispute Resolution

Informal resolution: Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, you agree to contact us at support@jobsloop.ai to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will work with you in good faith to resolve complaints within 30 days.

Arbitration (Optional): If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, either party may elect to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will be conducted in Delaware or another mutually agreed location. Each party will bear its own costs and attorney's fees unless the arbitrator awards them to the prevailing party.

Court jurisdiction: If arbitration is not elected or is unavailable, courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction. Either party may seek injunctive relief in any court with jurisdiction, and consumers may retain non-waivable rights under local law.

Class action waiver: To the extent permitted by law, disputes must be brought on an individual basis. You may not bring claims as a plaintiff or class member in any class, consolidated, or representative action.
